Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Looking for a delicious way to recreate your Thanksgiving leftovers? Give these crowd-pleasing sliders a try!
  • 1 (12 count) package Hawaiian Slider Rolls
  • 2 cups leftover turkey
  • ¾ cup cranberry sauce
  • 6 thin slices Brie or swiss cheese
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Optional: Parmesan cheese, dried parsley
  1. Preheat oven to 350. Cover 9x13 baking pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Remove rolls from package in one piece. Cut all in half lengthwise. Place bottom half of rolls in a foil-lined dish. Layer with turkey, cranberry sauce and cheese. Add top of rolls.
  3. Melt butter in microwave then stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour evenly over top of rolls.
  4. Cover with foil and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Bake covered for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 additional minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, if desired. Slice into individual sliders and serve.
