Avocado Crab Salad

This recipe for crab salad is packed with tomatoes, avocado, corn and the perfect dressing!
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 (10 oz) can summer crisp corn
  • 1 pound fresh lump crab meat
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and gently toss until dressing is evenly distributed.
